Smooth Blues Hair Treatment is formulated with three vegetable seed oils (tsubaki seed oil, jojoba seed oil, chia seed oil) to keep hair smooth and supple. Added to this are cuticle keratin, coix seed and sunflower ceramide, which adhere firmly to the cuticle of damaged hair to smooth and strengthen it. I would describe its scent as herbal and cool-menthol.
